Hi there! I am Milo, a qualified integrative counsellor registered with BACP.

I am a nonbinary, queer and neurodivergent counsellor and currently work online with adults over 18. I have experience working with GSRD (gender, sexuality and relationship diverse) and neurodivergent individuals. 

But no matter what brings you to counselling, whether you want to 

• work on a specific issue, 

• explore past experiences,

• talk about your thoughts and feelings,

• gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships,

• explore your gender or sexuality,

• you are generally not feeling well, or

• just need someone to talk to,

I want to provide a safe space for you to bring whatever you feel you need to talk about.
